Milkdrop

I raised pre-seed ($1m) investment and secured several grants ($300k) into my own start-up, Milkdrop, which designs and manufactures medical devices for reducing pain experienced from breast pumps (www.milkdroppumps.com). I developed and executed a go-to-market, IP and regulatory plan, taking Milkdrop’s invention from concept in 2019 to a registered medical device in the Australian and US markets in 2022 and a granted patent (UK) in 2025. I built and led a team to establish and deliver design, manufacturing, operations and marketing over five years. Milkdrop was part of Swinburne University and Startmate accelerators.
